Ordering and Shipping

All orders placed through this site or redirected here from other sites, as approved, will be processed through Rocky Road Wine, LLC or an authorized payment processing service.  This site is integrated with PayPal so that customers can easily pay through their PayPal account or through the PayPal guest checkout (PayPal account not required) using a credit card or debit card.  Your Credit Card/PayPal statement for your wine order will indicate Rocky Road Wine as the seller.  Order details and payment information will be handled securely.

By using this web site you agree to the terms listed on this page, and all other terms and conditions noted on Rocky Road Wine Company's web site, all other web sites that have redirected you to this site, and payment processing sites.  You also attest that you are 21 years of age or older and legally allowed to order and receive shipments of wine.

All shipments of wine are processed through approved carriers (eg: FedEx) and require the recipient to be 21 years of age or older and present to the shipper a valid government issued photo ID with birthdate (eg: driver's license, military ID, passport) and sign for the delivery.  If such an ID is not presented or if the recipient is intoxicated at the time of delivery, the shipper may refuse delivery.  The recipient may have to arrange to pick up the shipment at their local approved carrier facility.

At the time an order is placed, the customer will choose their preferred shipping option from the approved carrier, FedEx.  From time to time, Rocky Road Wine may offer discounted or free shipping.  However, any volume or case discounts will be applied to the price of product(s) purchased only and not shipping costs.

The following states are allowed to receive wine shipments from FedEx:

Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming.

If your state is not listed above, then do not place an order at this time since wine deliveries cannot be shipped to those locations.  The list of authorized states for wine shipments may be updated from time to time as state laws are updated.
